Norman has been training BJJ since 2009 under Brian Morris & Prof. Vanderson Pires. Norman opened Valley BJJ in 2016 and ran it until 2025 when he moved to Horsens, Denmark, and joined Kill Box Jiu Jitsu. Norman received his black belt from Prof. Vanderson in 2019.His teaching style is relaxed and informal, focusing on making students feel safe and comfortable.
