Fundamentals Elementary Classes 

For students wants to learn Basic techniques, gain fitness and start from scratch with Muay Thai and Kickboxing. This team is together with other students who do not focus on advanced techniques. We start training with a light/hard cardio based warm-up followed by basic techniques. Every Monday & Wednesday from 18:15-19:20 - All tryout training sessions are also welcome - from 13+ years. As part of our new CONCEPT you can now, train with your child 13 years under same membership.

Advanced High Level

Advanced (no TRYOUT TRAINING) Muay Thai / kickboxing class, where the pursuit of excellence meets precision. Dive into techniques, fitness and learn to master yourself through hard training. Our program is designed for experienced students seeking an increased challenge that incorporates sophisticated drills, strategic combinations, and nuanced tactics. Take your skills to the next level! From 16+ years - This team requires an invitation from Fundamentals classes. - Every Monday & Wednesday from 19:20 - 20:50

We are the People´s GYM. With us, you can train from the age of 13+. It's not about level, but training in a community and strengthening each other's weaknesses. Our training is very cardio, strength, and flexibility oriented. Regardless of whether you are a skilled fighter or completely new to the group, we welcome you to our trial training sessions.

Our TRYOUTS are non-binding, you can train twice before signing up. It is the obvious opportunity to feel the training on own body, see the GYM and find out if it is something for you. If our coaches don't approve your energy you cannot be committed to our trainings.
